K^+抑制盐生植物碱蓬生长机理的研究

摘    要:碱蓬幼苗用0,250,500mmol/L的NaCl和等浓度的KCl处理后,测定其各项生理指标。结果发现,250和500mmol/L NaCl处理后碱蓬幼苗鲜重和干重稍有下降,而含水量和肉质化程度升高;幼苗中Na^+含量上升而K^+,Ca^2+含量下降;另外,碱蓬质膜透性稍有增大,渗透调节能力明显增加。

Abstract:Seedlings of Suaeda salsa were treated with 0,250 and 500 mmol/L NaCl and isosmotic KCl solutions.Results showed that the fresh weight and dry weight decreased to some extent by NaCl treatment while the water content and the degree of succulence increased.Moreover,Na content of the seedlings increased but K and Ca 2 decreased.The plasmalemma permeability increased slightly while the osmotic adjustment activity increased sharply.On the contrary,KCl treatment obviously inhibited the growth as a result of decreased fresh weight and dry weight.Water content and the degree of succulence dropped simultaneously.K content of the seedlings increased while Na and Ca 2 decreased.Furthurmore,the plasmalemma permeability slightly increased and the osmotic adjustment activity was smaller than the treatment by isomotic NaCl.Obviously,the inhibitory effect of KCl on the growth of halophytes is related to the decrease of Na and Ca 2 contents in the plant.
