| 摘 要： | 探讨了用层次分析法对城市土地等级进行定量评价的原理和方法，并以济南市为例进行实证研究，取得了较好的效果，为土地有偿使用和城市规划提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Various factors that determine the urban land grade are analysed.Combined with mathematical model,a method for urban land grading is studied using this method,the urban land grading of Jinan city was finished,which provided strong foundation for the non gratuitous land utilization and urban planning. |
