| 摘 要： | 扁嘴海雀卵壳的扫描电镜和ＴＮ－５５００能谱仪研究表明，海雀卵壳由Ｃａ，Ｓｉ，Ｋ，ＣＩ，Ｓ等元素构成，可分表怪，海绵层，乳锥体层，壳膜层，其超微结构与卵壳的生理功能和遗传特点相关。

| Abstract: | The eggshell ultastructure and elements of Ancient Murrelet wew studied with Scanning Electron Microscopy and TN-5500 Energy Instrument.It is composed of layers consisting of such elements as Ca,Si,K,Ci,S,namely the outer layer,spongy layer,conebody basal layer,mammilary cone layer and eggshell memgbrane layer.The ultrastructure is related to the physiological function and the inheritable property of the species. |
