摘    要:通过研究不同含铝、镁、硼燃料试样在氧气、空气和氩气环境中燃烧热值的不同,分析金属添加剂种类、含量和颗粒度对燃料爆炸过程中能量释放效率的影响.同时根据不同燃料试样爆炸冲击波强度、爆炸火球的亮度和高温火球持续时间定性分析不同燃料添加剂在爆炸过程中能量的释放速率.结果表明,金属添加剂的物理化学性能、形状和颗粒度对能量释放效率具有重要影响;超细片状铝粉在爆炸过程中能量释放效率和能量释放速率均较高,是温压燃料配方的理想高能添加剂.

Abstract:Heats of several fuel samples were determined in oxygen,air and argon confined in stainless steel containers.The effects of kind,content and particle size of metal additives on the energy releasing efficiency in confined condition were analyzed.Meanwhile,the energy releasing rates of different metal additives were qualitatively analyzed according to the pressure of shock waves,and brightness of the fire balls,and the fireballs durations measured in the field test.The results indicate that the physicochemical characteristics,shape and particle size of metal additives strongly affect the energy releasing efficiency in the fuels.Ultra small flake-shaped aluminum powder has high energy releasing efficiency and energy releasing rates.It is the ideal metal additive for thermobaric fuels.
