| Abstract: | This article describes the low pressure fluorination process for production of dichlorodifluoromethane, discusses the problems of prevailing in the process and proposes an improved process-high pressure fluorination reactor with external circulation. With the characteristics of bigger production capacity, higher quality of reaction gas, and lower consumption of catalyst as well, the improved reactor proved to be ideal. |
