认知应激过程中个体差异与脑梗死后抑郁的关系

目的:探讨认知应激过程中个体差异与脑梗死后抑郁的关系.方法:以Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)将114例脑梗死患者进行测评后分为抑郁组和非抑郁组;然后分别对两组进行生活事件量表(LES)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、A型行为类型评定量表的测评,来评定在整个认知应激过程中各因素对脑梗死后抑郁的影响.结果:患者在认知应激过程中的个体差异对脑梗死后抑郁有不同程度的影响.结论:对脑梗死患者的应激过程中的个体差异的关注对防治脑梗死后抑郁的发生和发展有重要意义.

Connection between Individual Difference in the Course of Cognitive Stress and Depression after Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To discuss the connection between the individual difference in the course of cognitive stress and depression after cerebral infarction.Method：Firstly, 114 patients were divided into two groups by Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）,the dumps group and the non-dumps group. And then,the influence of each factor on the depression after cerebral infarction in the process of cognitive stress was examined by Life Event Scale （LES）, Trait Coping Style Questionnaire （TCSQ）, Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS） and Character Type A Scale. Results：The degree of dumps after being attacked by cerebral infarction is certainly affected by the individual difference of sufferers.Conclusion：Attending to the individual difference of sufferers is important for preventing and curing the patients with cerebral infarction.
