基板界面诱导共混高分子膜的有规相分离

摘    要:研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚丙烯酰胺(PAAm)共混体系在聚乙烯、涤纶和玻璃3种不同的基板界面场中所形成的高分子膜在相形态上的差异。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、红外光谱以及显微镜对PVA/PAAm体系在3种基板界面的作用下制备的样品作断面观察和测试,并进行粘附功的估算,结果表明,在玻璃基板上成膜可以发生有规相分离;这说明可以通过对聚合物和基板界面的控制,制备中间含梯度结构的复合膜。

Abstract:The influences of the phase separation for the poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/polyacrylamide (PAAm) blend membranes formed on different base plates (PE,PET and glass) have been studied. By means of DSC, IR and microscopy the morphology of cross section and the structure of PVA/PAAm blend membranes have been tested. Meanwhile, the energies of adhension of PVA, PAAm and AAm on the PE, PET and glass plates have been estimated respectively. The results show that a regular phase separation occurs when the membranes are prepared on glass base plate. It also suggests that it is possible to prepare a composite membrane which has a gradient structure by controlling of the polymer and base plate interfacial tension.
