试论党员意识的内涵、结构及其特性

党员意识是党建理论中的基本概念，长期以来许多学者和党务工作者都对此概念进行了研究，但是在概念的内涵、结构和特性等方面并没有取得广泛共识。以概念的内在机理为基本分析方法，对这一概念作进一步研究，发现党员意识就是党员体认到自己党员身份进而体认到自己政党文化的社会意识，是一个自我意识概念；党员意识的结构有两个：内容结构和心理结构；党员意识的主要特性有四个：政治性、先进性、主导性和反思性。

On Party Membership＇s Consciousness Definition, Structure and Characteristic

The consciousness of Party members, as the basic concept of CPC＇s theory construction, remains a primary concern of fundamental research these years but no consensus has been achieved on its definition, structure and characteristic so far. This paper attempts to go further for the clarification of Party members＇ consciousness through an in - depth analysis of its operational mechanism. It is argued that Party members＇ consciousness is a social consciousness based on the political self- identification and cultivated by virtue of cultural self- construction. Party members ＇ consciousness is a double- structured concept in terms of its obligation requirements and ideological progress on the part of individual CPC members. Party members＇ consciousness is inherently built in with its political advancement, monitoring guidance and reflective orientation.
