| 摘 要： | 黎药木棉叶用石油醚除去脂溶性杂质，用水提醇沉法得海南木棉叶的多糖，采用苯酚-硫酸比色法对多糖含量进行了测定．测得木棉叶的多糖质量分数为0．72％，加样平均回收率为101．1％，相对标准偏差RSD为1．76％．

| Abstract: | Petroleum ether was used to remove fat-soluble impurities, with Water Extracting-Alcohol Precipitating to get the polysaccharide from leave of Bombax malabaricum DC. The content of polysaccharide was determined with phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetry. The mass fraction of polysaccharide from leave of Bombax malabaricum DC was determined as 0.72% with average recovery of 101.1% and the RSD of 1.76%. |
