| 摘 要： | 企业集群作为一种具有地理边界约束的产业组织形式,在区域乃至国家经济发展中发挥着重要作用。文章分析了洛舍钢琴产业集群文化现状及文化战略,试图揭示文化在企业集群形成过程中的作用机制,以取得对企业集群建设的一些启发。

| Abstract: | Enterprise group,an industrial organization form characterized by its regional geographical restrictions,plays an important role in not only regional but also national development in economy.This article analyzes the present state of the group culture of the Luoshe Piano Industry and its culture strategy,attempting to reveal the function of culture in forming enterprise groups so as to get some revelation in the construction of enterprise groups. |
