毕业生质量反馈与高校教学改革互动机制的构建

目前高校对教学质量的监控与提高过于重视学生在校课堂学习的表现,而忽视了另外一个与之对等甚至更重要的指标——毕业生就业质量。为此,以具体专业为切入点,着重追踪历年毕业生的就业质量,构建毕业生质量追踪调查与高校教学改革的互动机制,以期高校教学对市场需求变化做出相应的回应与调整,也使学生可以更好满足市场和社会要求。

Graduates Quality and the Construction of Interaction Mechanism in College Teaching Reform

At present,colleges lay emphasis on monitoring students performance in class,but neglect another very important index,the quality of graduates.This paper focuses on tracking the quality of the graduates over the years to build the interaction mechanism between the tracking investigation of the graduates’ quality and the college teaching reform by taking a specific major as an example so that colleges can response and adjust their strategies to let students meet the demands of both the market and society.
