浙西地区小学数学教师素质现状调查分析

在访谈与参阅文献的基础上,利用问卷调查法对浙西地区小学数学教师素质现状进行了调查研究.研究表明：浙西地区小学数学教师大都具有良好的政治思想道德素质与身心素质;教师迫切需要提高自身的课程素质,加强科研能力以及将学科知识、教育理论、现代信息技术有机整合的能力,以促进学生全面发展.

An Analysis of Primary School Mathematics Teachers＇ Quality in the Region of Western Zhejiang

On the basis of interviews and literature references and through questionnaires,we have investigated the present status of primary school mathematics teacher’s quality in the region of western Zhejiang.Studies have shown that in most of western Zhejiang regions there are good primary school mathematics teachers with political and ideological and moral qualities and physical qualities.And at the same time,teachers are in badly need of improving the quality of their courses,strengthening their research capacity,and having an ability to integrate their subject knowledge and educational theory with modern information technology,with which the purpose of an overall promotion of the development of students can be successfully achieved
