| Abstract: | With the rapid development of globalization,information,knowledge economy and high technology,the Chinese Communist Party＇s ruling environment has changed greatly.In order to adapt to the social development,the Communist Party of China proposes to construct a learning-type party to promote innovative thinking,achieve the ruling transformation and lead the development of the times. |
