| 摘 要： | 随着高校思想政治教育工作的不断推进,高校辅导员队伍的专业化建设问题变得尤为突出。当前辅导员队伍中存在的诸多问题归根结底在于社会对辅导员的职业认同度不高、缺乏专业化的培养体系,高校对辅导员的职业生涯发展没有相应的定位以及辅导员职业发展的激励保障机制欠缺,等等。辅导员队伍专业建设必须从上述几个方面着手。

| Abstract: | With the progresses of the ideological and political education work at college,the professional development for the college counselors has become particularly prominent.Now in the rank of counselors,there exist many problems,the fundamental reasons of which are that the social acknowledgement about counselors＇ profession is insufficient,and college lacks a professional training system,career development target,incentive and protection mechanism.So counselors＇ professional construction must comply with what has been mentioned above. |
