| 摘 要： | 文章通过VAR脉冲函数的方法，量化分析了对上海这个外资聚集最密集的区域中，外资对于当地房地产市场的发展所产生的影响，以此来探寻当前外资进入在我国房地产市场中的发展状况和不足，并就如何充分发挥外资在我国房地产业中的积极作用提出若干思考。

| Abstract: | On the base of analysis the Influence of foreign capital entering into the real estate market in China, this paper investigates the relationship between foreign capita and the real estate market, using the data of regional real estate market in Shanghai, according to the VAR Impulse model, In the end,we try to give some explanations and suggestions. |
