| 摘 要： | 制备Spraque-Dawley乳鼠心肌细胞悬液,其中约有40%属于非心肌细胞,统称为非心肌细胞.在离体培养的条件下,采用化学与物理因子对心肌细胞造成人工损伤,发现非心肌细胞对心肌细胞的损伤具有修复作用.

| Abstract: | Heart of young SD rats was dispersed into cell suspension, in which about 40 % of cells were non-cardiac muscle cells, as designated by the name of mesenchymo-cytes.The results in this paper indicated that the non-cardiac muscle cells were able to recover the chemically or physically damaged cardiac muscle cells under the condition of being cultured in vitro. |
