V形带传动的CAD设计系统

摘    要:本文提供了一种借助微机进行工程设计的V形胶带传动多方案设计系统软件。文中阐述了为实现微机对V形胶带带型的自动选型,而对选型图中各型带的边界线进行的公式化处理,并介绍了微机分区选型法,传动设计中运用的多种系数、数表、标准系列等设计资料建立数据文件与检索的方法。本软件无需人工查找任何设计资料,采用中文信息显示,用户运行一次,即能获得四种可行方案,供选取最佳方案。

Abstract:A software of multiple scheme design system for V-belt transmission design on the computer is presented in this paper. Formulation treatment of the boundary line between various types of belt listed on the type selsction graphics for facilitation of automatic selection of belt type on the computer is discussed in the paper. The methods for regionalized type selection and for setting up and searching the design data documents such as various coefficients, tables, standard series needed for transmission design are also introduced. This software features as follows;the access to any design information is automatic without any hand labor;screen display is of chinise characters;four fasible design schemes can be obtained after an execution of the software for optimal selection of the design scheme.
