汽车电动助力转向系统的硬件设计

摘    要:电动助力转向系统(EPS)可根据路况及车况调整控制电机的助力状态,降低能源消耗,提高转向特性及行驶安全性.文中以高速数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,设计了一个EPS的嵌入式系统;通过对DSP的选型、EPS的结构、控制原理与系统电路模块的分析,阐述了EPS嵌入式系统硬件的分层结构设计过程、EPS信号处理电路、助力电机和电磁离合器功率驱动控制电路;获得了扭矩传感器特性及信号处理电路的数据.试验结果表明,所采用的控制系统可实现EPS的基本功能.

Abstract:The power condition of a motor in an automobile EPS (Electric Power Steering) system can be adjusted according to road condition and automobile condition,so that the energy consumption can be reduced and the steering characteristics and driving safety can be improved.In this paper,an embedded EPS system is designed,with a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) chip as the core of the system.By analyzing the choice of DSP,the structure and control principle of EPS,and the system circuit module,this paper further describes the process of designing the layered structure of the system hardware,the signal processing circuit of EPS,the power steering motor and the power-driven control circuit of the electromagnetic clutch.Moreover,the characteristics of the torque sensor and some data of the signal processing circuit are obtained.Experimental results indicate that the essential functions of EPS can be optimally realized with the proposed control system.
