摘    要:利用工业废渣为主要原料开发了一种新型路基材料用的胶结剂,分析了利用该胶结剂胶结的路基材料的强度发展机理。配制的掺有6%该胶结剂以及粉煤灰掺加量在20%以内的碎石路基材料,7天公路工程实验强度达到了7 MPa以上,且施工作业性能良好,而成本明显低于目前用325#矿渣水泥配制的水泥碎石材料。

Abstract:A new type of the cement that can be used to produce roadbed material was developed.The cement took the industrial wastes as the major raw materials.The strength developing mechanisms of the roadbed material produced with this cement were analyzed.The stone-stone roadbed material which comprised of 6% cement and less than 20% fly-ash had good working properties,lower cost than the material used now and the 7-day highway-engineering-experiment strength was above 7MPa.
