| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,在发达国家、发展中国家和地区的国际性大都市、区域性中心城市以及重要城市的中心城区,现代服务业已成为推动经济增长和城市化发展的主要力量,其创造的价值和就业机会已经远远超过了传统制造行业.认为科技服务业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,不仅对现代服务业的发展起着重要支撑和引领作用,而且还可以促进制造业的发展,推动产业结构调整、经济发展方式转变.在界定科技服务业和高端科技服务业等相关概念、分析其相互关系以及高端科技服务业在产业结构调整、经济发展方式转变过程中的作用之后,从总体发展情况、部门发展情况两个方面分析大连市高端科技服务业的发展现状,研究大连市高端科技服务业的发展机遇、发展条件,探讨大连市高端科技服务业的发展定位、发展时序.
