| 摘 要： | 近年来大学生的心理健康问题颇为突出,已经引起了社会的普遍关注.在综合运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法的基础上,采用实验法将东北电力大学2009级110名本科学生分成实验班和对照班,进行高校体育教学对理工科学生心理健康改善的对比实验研究,并采用现代体育教学方法对大学生进行心理健康波动状态与教学同步测查的实验性研究.认为高校体育教学不仅要追求健康的身体,更要追求健康的心理,现代体育教学方法的运用对改善大学生的心理问题、提高心理健康水平具有明显的效果.
