面向虚拟企业合作伙伴选择的新过程框架结构研究

界定了虚拟企业合作伙伴定义并对其进行了分类；分析了目前理论界研究虚拟企业合作伙伴选择问题的思路，并提出了的合作伙伴选择思路；对传统虚拟企业合作伙伴选择策略进行了评述，给出新的虚拟企业合作伙伴评价指标确定框架；并将E-B的概念引入的到虚拟企业合作伙伴选择中，最后在总结前人的工作的基础上提出一种较为全面的虚拟企业合作伙伴选择的新过程框架结构。

The New Framework for the Process of Virtual Enterprise Partner Selection

Partner selection is the key to the success of virtual enterprise operation. This article identifies and classifies the partners of virtual enterprise. It analysis the study situation of virtual enterprise partners selection and puts forward the new route to partner selection. Further more, it sums up the traditional selection strategic of virtual enterprise partners, gives out a new framework to confirm the evaluation indes of virtual enterprise partners and introduces the concept of E-Broker into the selection of virtual enterprise partners. At last, the article puts forward an overall framework for the process of virtual enterprise partners selection based on the work of former study.
