| 摘 要： | 在对调查问卷进行统计分析的基础上,阐明了大学生自我价值感的特点,指出了培育自我价值感在心理健康教育过程中的重要性,提出了帮助大学生树立适度的自我价值感,促进大学生个性健康发展的主要方法。
