摘    要:研究了浮选介质水经磁化处理后,石英的上浮率与介质pH值的变化关系及其作用机理.试验结果表明,磁化处理可以使石英上浮率减少,使Ca^2 对石英的活化能力降低.文章认为产生上述变化的原因是磁化处理增加了水分子的平均动能,削弱了水分子之间的色散力、诱导力和取向力,减小了石英对H^ 吸附的位阻效应,使Ca^2 在石英表面的竞争吸附更加困难,从而使Ca^2 对石英的活化能力得以降低.

Abstract:The relationship between a floatation ratio of quartz and medium's pH after the floatation medium water was magnetized, and its working mechanism was described. The results showed that the ability of Ca2 + activating upon quartz can be lowered by magnetization which makes the floatation ratio of quartz decrease. It is thought that this change is caused by magnetization by which water molecules average moving energy is added and chromatic dispersion force, induction force and orientation force among water molecules are weakened and the steric effect of quartz absorbing on H+ is decreased, thus making Ca2+ absorbed on quartz surface is difficult and the ability of Ca2+ activating upon quartz is lowered.
