摘    要:讨论了几种对颗粒运动轨迹可视化预测的实现方法,运用数值模拟技术,基于雷诺应力湍流模型和颗粒轨道模型计算了离心风机内气固两相流场。准确、直观地显示了不同粒径粉尘在离心风机内的运动轨迹,在此基础上分析了粒径对颗粒轨迹的影响,为研究风机叶片的磨损问题提供了依据。

Abstract:Following the discussion of two methods for particle trajectory visualization, numerical simulation with Reynolds stress model and particle trajectory model is made to calculate gas-solid twophase flow fields in a centrifugal fan. Moving trajectories of particles of different diameters in the fan are visualized exactly, and the effects of particle diameters on the trajectory are analyzed, which serves as the basis for the investigation of fan abrasion.
