| 摘 要： | 围绕清末时期、袁世凯"新政"时期、民国初期与日占时期等不同阶段天津近代工业发展,概括出天津近代工业格局的形成、演变与特征,通过田野考察得出天津近代工业遗产的保护现状,并提出保护建议,旨在为天津工业遗产的"整体保护"提供基础研究.
