| 摘 要： | 业务流程重组是20世纪90年代产生于美国的一种新的管理理念和方法,其核心思想就是重新审视二百多年来在工业界占统治地位的分工思想,而以流程管理的思想取而代之.本文从业务流程重组思想的产生入手,阐述了其含义、特征及类型,提出了实施的原则.

| Abstract: | Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a new management concept and method appearing in America in 1990s. The core idea is that the notion of division of labor dominating the industrial circle over the past 200 years should be replaced by the thought of BPR. Proceeding from the emergence of BPR, this paper sets forth the implications, the characteristics, the styles and some applicable principles. |
