| 摘 要： | 讨论在仅有ＣＳＴＲ出口浓度的离线分析数据时，出口浓度的控制问题，提出了一种集成过程控制和统计过程的方法，对浓度度进行控制，同时作出离线分析值的ＥＷＭＡ控制图，对过程进行监控。仿真表明，过程的稳态性能得到显著改善。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the concentration controlling of a CSTR when the composition can not be measured on line but its off line analyzed data is available. A new method that integrates SPC and process control is presented, which uses EWMA control chart of off line analyzed data to monitor the process and adjust the parameters when the control chart alarms. The simulation results show that the property of the steady state is greatly improved. |
