| 摘 要： | 讨论了在企业库存管理中合理库存量的确定.根据随机库存模型,用排队论方法确定最优库存,并详细讨论了排队模型的确定.采用经典的随机存贮理论确定安全库存,把排队论和存贮论结合起来,使库存得到最优控制.

| Abstract: | This article describes how to decide the reasonable stocks in the enterprise inventory management. According to the stochastic stock model, it uses queuing theory to determine the optimal stock and discusses how to decide the queuing model in details. It also adopts the classical stochastic inventory theory to determine the safety stock and combines the queuing theory with inventory theory well to make the stock get the optimal control. |
