摘    要:建立了柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法测定食品接触用纸制品中乙二醛含量的方法。纸制品中的乙二醛用水溶液萃取后与5,6-二氨基脲嘧啶(DDP)反应生成2,4-二氧四氢蝶。该反应简单、快速、且无副反应。衍生产物通过高效液相色谱法分离荧光检测器(激发波长330nm,发射波长460 nm)测定。通过对衍生化条件的优化,反应可在40℃,15 min的碱性介质中完成。在给定条件下,乙二醛衍生物的保留时间为7.0 min,在质量浓度0.1~20 mg/L内呈良好线性关系,回收率在90.3%~105.8%之间,检出限(S/N=3)为0.01 mg/L。应用此法测定食品接触用纸中的乙二醛迁移量取得满意的结果。

Determination of Glyoxal in Food Contact Paper by High-performance Liquid Chromatography with Precolumn Derivatization

Abstract:A new method for determining the glyoxal content in food contact paper by HPLC with precol-umn derivatization was developed. The glyoxal in the paper extracted by water react with 5,6-diamino-2,4-hy-droxypyrimidine sulfate (DDP) to form highly fluorescent lumazine derivatives. The reaction is simple, fast with no byproduts. The glyoxal derivative was separated by HPLC and was determined fluorimetrically at 460 nm (exciting at 310 nm). Under optimized conditions, the reaction was finished with the reagent in alkaline medi-um, for 15 min at 40 ℃, and the retention time of the derivatization of glyoxal was 7.0 min, the detector re-sponse was found to be linear in the concentration rang 0.05-20.0 mg/L . Recoveries of the glyoxal were in the range of 90.3%-105.8%, limits of detection (S/N=3) was 0.01 mg/L. The proposed method was successfully ap-plied to analyze glyoxal in food contact paper with satisfactory results.
