2011年春、秋季浙江舟山海域浮游动物群落结构和多样性现状

摘    要:分别于2011年4-5月(春季)和9-10月(秋季)对浙江舟山海域(29.513 3-30.909 8 N,121.717 0-123.160 0 E)23个采样站位浮游动物的种类组成、数量分布、优势种及多样性进行了调查与分析。结果表明:调查海域共监测到浮游动物16大类131种。春季优势种组成为:中华哲水蚤和五角水母;秋季优势种组成为:中华哲水蚤、肥胖箭虫、百陶箭虫、背针胸刺水蚤、精致真刺水蚤、真刺唇角水蚤、双生水母、中华假磷虾和拟细浅室水母。两季浮游动物密度均值为236.1个/m3,生物量均值为221.8 mg/m3。中华哲水蚤密度均值为164.2个/m3。浮游动物生物多样性指数春季为1.84,秋季为3.49,均值为2.66,表明调查海域春季浮游动物多样性指数低,种类单一,群落结构不稳定;秋季浮游动物多样性指数高,物种丰富,群落结构稳定。

Community Structure and Diversity of Zooplankton in Sea Area of Zhoushan,Zhejiang of 2011

Abstract:In April,May,September and October,2011,the species composition,quantitative distribution, dominant species and community structural characteristics of the zooplankton were studied at 23 stations in sea area of Zhoushan (29.513 3-30.909 8 N, 121.717 0-123.160 0 E). The results showed that including 131 species in 16 class in the studied area. Dominant species of zooplankton are Calanus sinicus and Muggiaea at-lantica in autum in sea area of in Zhoushan, in April and May, which are C. sinicus, Sagitta enflata, Sagitta bedoti, Centropages dorsispinatus, Euchaeta concinna, Labidocera enchaeta, Diphyeschamissonis Pseudeuphau-sia Sinica, Lensiasubtiloides in same area in September and October. The mean value of density and biomass of zooplankton in two seasons is 236.1 ind/m^3, 221.8 mg/m^3, respectively. The mean value of density of C. sini-cus in two seasons is 164.2 ind/m^3. The diversity index of zooplankton in the coast of Zhoushan are 1.84 m 3.49 during spring and autumn, respectively. The mean value of diversity index in two season is 2.66. The re-sults showed that the lower diversity index with fewer species leads to instability community structure in spring. On the other hand, there is stability community structure with higher diversity index and stability com-munity structure in autumn in this studied area.
