等边浅蛤大规格苗种围塘培育技术研究

摘    要:2013年7月至2014年6月,利用露天海水围塘进行等边浅蛤大规格苗种培育试验。结果表明:粉砂与土含量占77.0%的泥沙底质由于水流交换不畅会导致等边浅蛤幼苗死亡,而平均壳长1.139 cm以上的等边浅蛤却能在这种底质中生存并快速生长。围塘中的等边浅蛤生长速度快于自然海区,在壳长1.139 cm之前,等边浅蛤以壳长增长为主导,此后转为以体重增长为主导,其壳长与体重呈幂函数关系。

Abstract:On July 30, 2013-June 16, 2014, Gomphina veneriformis seedlings temporary aquaculture was tested in mariculture pond. The results showed that: the pond which silt and clay content of the sediment bot-tom was 77% causes G. veneriformis seedlings death due to poor water exchange, while G.veneriformis seedlings which average shell length is more than 1.14 cm can adapt to the bottom; G. veneriformis seedlings in the mariculture pond grow faster than natural sea area, in the young shellfish and larvae stage, G. veneri-formis was given priority to with shell length growth; Then, as G. veneriformis grow up, G. veneriformis was gradually given priority to with weight gain, and moreover,the shell length and weight was a power function re-lationship.
