摘    要:通过考虑轮胎参数在宽度方向的分布和轮胎参数的非线性特性,改进了轮胎刷子理论模型,建立了基于改进刷子模型的轮胎非正常磨损预洲模型;将轮胎非正常磨损预测模型与车辆的垂向动态特性联系起来,采用正弦激励采集了动态的定位参数,将测得数据导入所建立的轮胎非正常磨损预测模型中,仿真了转胎的磨损情况。并将分析结果进行了数字化分析和图形可视化。

Abstract:Tire brush model is improved by considering the lateral distribution and nonlinear characters of tire parameters. Dissipation energy is calculated in the tire transverse direction. A dynamic composite suspension model is built to get real-time data of wheel attitudes and vertical forces. Combined improved tire model with dynamic data, tire uneven wear is numerated, simulated and graphed.
