| 摘 要： | 对近年来报道的各种高效液相色谱蛋白质手性固定相的研究进行了综述.主要介绍了蛋白质手性固定相的制备、分类、组成、性质、拆分机理及其应用,讨论了各类蛋白质手性固定相的优缺点,指出了目前存在的问题和今后的研究方向.
