再生骨料混凝土的基本性能

摘    要:针对废弃混凝土的应用问题,为获得再生骨料掺量对于混凝土性能的影响,选取配合比和坍落度均相同的条件,对不同再生骨料掺入量混凝土的基本性能进行了对比实验.实验结果表明:配合比相同的情况下,随着再生骨料掺入量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗弯强度和弹性模量均有不同程度的降低;坍落度相同的情况下,随着再生骨料掺入量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度、抗弯强度和弹性模量也均降低且较配合比相同的情况下降低更多.

Abstract:Experimental work was conducted to investigate the basic physical and mechanical properties of concrete with different percentage of recycled aggregate. Two cases, namely same mix design and same slump were studied. The test results showed that, for concrete with the same mix design, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength,flexural strength as well as the modulus of elastic city are decreased with the increase of recycled aggregates; for concrete with the same slump, the compressive strength, flexural strength as well as the modulus of elasticity decrease further with the increase of recycled aggregates.
