摘    要:采用数值解法求解稠油井闭式热流体循环井筒温场.提出了改善循环效果的措施.采用节点分析法计算抽油杆柱内的应力分布,根据抽油机、杆工作条件评价热流体循环井筒降粘效果,提出了稠油井抽油杆柱设计步骤,对几种常用抽油杆柱设计方法进行了评价.

Abstract:Temperature profiles along the wellore of heavy oil wells with recycling of hot fluid are obtained with a numberical method. Some measures are suggested to improve the effect of wellbore heating. Secondly, stress variations in the sucker-rod are obtained with the node analysis method and a sucker-rod design procedure is given for heavy oil wells. The effect of wellbore heating by hot fluid circulation is evaluated based on the working conditions of sucker-rod and pumping unit. Several sucker-rod design methods widely used are reviewed, and compared with the method proposed in this paper.
