锌铝合金和铜合金的低周疲劳性能研究

摘    要:本文对ZA27和ZCuSn10P合金在室温下的循环应力应变特性进行了测试,得到了两种材料的循环应力应变曲线。对两种材料的疲劳试件断口进行了分析。结果表明:ZA27合金表现为循环软化,疲劳断口为准解理。ZCuSn10P1表现为循环硬化,疲劳断口以韧窝和疲劳辉纹为主。

Abstract:The cyclic stress strain properties of ZA27 alloy and ZCuSn10P1 at ambient temperature were studied in this paper The cyclic stress strain curves of them are obtainaed The results show alloy ZA27displayed the cyclic softing character. The fatigue fracture suface was intercrystalline failure;ZCuSn10P1 displayed the cyclic hardending character. The fatigue fracture surface typicd mophology of ZCuSn10P1 were dimples and stripes.
