警察防卫与控制技术训练中损伤的调查分析

防卫与控制技术训练极易发生损伤，一直是开展教学和训练的难点．为有效降低运动损伤发生的几率，通过对安徽公安、司法院校学员及在职警官、武警官兵相关受训人员进行抽样，利用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法，分析运动损伤原因，揭示身体状况、技术水平、技术特点与易发生损伤部位（身体的薄弱部位）的关联，有助于建立有效的运动损伤预防机制，为完善训练理论提供有益的借鉴．

Investigation and Analysis on The Injuries of The Police Defense and Control Technology Training

Defense and control technology training which are highly prone to injury has been the difficulty to carry out teaching and training. In order to effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of sport injury, through sampling on Anhui public security, judicial college students and the related trainees of in-service police officers, armed police officers and soldiers, using of the method of questionnaire survey, interview, literature, mathematical statistics, analyses the causes of sports injury, reveals the relation of physical condition, technical level, technical characteristics and prone to the site of injury （the weak parts of the body）, helps to build effective sports injury prevention mechanisms, provides useful reference to improve the training theory.
