| Abstract: | This papor sorts out the records of some outstanding 110 - meter and 100 -meter hurdle athletes abroad and makes a comparison and analysis of the speed utilization ratio of a fer 110 - meter hurdle athletes at home and broad. Hence, main approaches have been found to raise the speed of hurdle race. |
