| 摘 要： | 本文提出了动态中国实时预报系统的基本理论框架。给出了需求仿真与供给仿真的基本原理以及状态估计的求解算法,并讨论了交通诱导的一致性问题,提出了相应的求解算法,为以后该系统的设计与开发奠定了坚实的理论基础。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the system theory structure of DynaCHINA,the principles of demand simulation,supply simulation and state estimation algorithm,discusses the consistency problem of traffic guidance and puts forward the corresponding algorithm.The solid theoretical foundation is established for the design and development of the system hereafter. |
