摘    要:采用简单的烧结工艺将CuS∶ZnS∶SnS按2∶1∶1的比例混合均匀后置于氮气流中于不同温度和时间条件下进行烧结,最终制得结晶体;通过采用XRD,SEM,EDS对烧结产物进行表征,结果表明样品的最佳烧结温度和时间为600℃和8h.但是,由于原料中不同成份的挥发比差别较大,最终结晶体样品的成分相对较难控制,采用该方法得到的烧结产物化学组成与理想的Cu,Sn,Zn,S元素比例2∶1∶1∶4相差较大,需要适当调整原材料的配比以及采用后续的气氛退火对材料的化学组分做进一步调整.

Abstract:Cu2ZnSnS4was prepared by the sintering method with CuS:ZnS:SnS mixing proportion of 2:1:1at the condition of different temperatures and different time in a nitrogen stream.The samples were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results indicate that the optimum sintering temperature and time of the Cu2ZnSnS4 crystal is 600 ℃ and 8h.However,since the proportion of volatile materials in the different components is relatively different,the final composition of the crystal obtained is relatively difficult to control.The sintered product obtained in this method shows a relatively large difference with the desired chemical composition of 2:1:1:4.Therefore,the appropriate adjustment of the ratio of raw materials in the sintering and the subsequent annealing in proper atmosphere are needed for further optimization.
