| 摘 要： | 报复与交叉报复是以其在国际贸易中的经济实力作为后盾的,是一种实力政策的反映。在现有WTO争端解决机制中,实力弱小的发展中国家并未真正得到这种"公平机会"。本文着重分析了交叉报复中对发展中国家产生的不利影响以及发展中国家如何应对等问题。

| Abstract: | The economic strength in international trade is the supporter of retaliation and cross sector retaliation, a response to the powerful policy. Weak developing countries get no "fair chances" in the existed WTO dispute settlement mechanism currently. The article makes an emphasis of the bad influence of cross sector retaliation on developing countries and the solutions to solve the problem facing developing countries. |
