| 摘 要： | 为了增加药物的靶向性、负载性及控释性能,将其包覆在微球中。壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、无毒副作用等特点,可作为制备微球的载体。壳聚糖微球的制备方法主要有喷雾干燥法、乳化交联法、凝聚法、溶剂蒸发法等。综合国内外文献,对其制备方法进行了综述研究。

| Abstract: | Encapsulated drugs in microspheres can improve the targeting,loading,and release properties.As chitosan has good biocompatibility,biodegradable,non-toxic and non-vice,it can be used as the carrier during the preparation of microspheres.Spray drying,coacervation,emulsification crosslinking and solvent evaporation are the main methods to prepare chitosan microspheres.The domestic and foreign literatures are summarized,and the preparation methods are reviewed. |
