| Abstract: | Based on the situation of Datong Coal MOne Group, management of the group is researched by applying the financial data. The problems of financial management in the group are identified. It is proposed that awareness of financial management be strengthened, financial informatization be focused and financial decision- making system and risk control mechanism be established. |
