摘    要:通过对某厂的数控机床进行CAE理论分析和试验模态分析,识别其各阶模态参数和模态模型,寻找出了机床-砂轮-工件系统的某些固有频率,使该类机床工作时避开其固有频率,从而指导该类机床的优化设计,提高其刚度和精度.

Abstract:Dynamic characteristic of the machine tool has great influence on machining accuracy, cutting efficiency, stability and reliability of the NC machine tool. The factory of analysis of CAE theory and experimental modal analysis, the modal parameters and modal model identification, helps find out some natural frequency of machine, grinding wheel and workpiece tool system to avoid the natural frequency of the machine work, so as to guide the optimization design of this kind of machine tool, increase the stiffness, improve the accuracy.
