| 摘 要： | 以湘西土家族苗族自治州（简称湘西州）为例,构建经济发展质量评价指标体系,从经济发展的有效性、稳定性、持续性和福利性等4个维度进行实证分析.结果表明,“十二五”期间湘西州经济发展质量稳步上升,经济发展的福利性和持续性效果显著,但经济发展质量仍未达到最优水平,建议从加快产业转型升级、提高创新能力和注重城乡协同发展等方面加以提升. |

| Abstract: | The economic development in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is evaluated with respect to effectiveness,stability,sustainability,and the results show that the economy in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture has risen steadily during "Twelve-Five" period,and the welfare and sustainability of the economic development have been improved greatly.After analyzing the deficiencies of the current economic development in Xiangxi prefecture,the paper puts forward,some suggestions on speeding up the upgrading of industry,initaiating innovation,and coordinating the development in urban and rural areas. |
