| 摘 要： | 通过检测血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)水平，探讨此酶与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者临床危险度的关系，观察阿托伐他汀治疗对MMPs的影响．结果表明，急性冠脉综合征病人血清活性MMPs水平明显升高，酶原及升高的活性MMPs水平与ACS危险度无线形相关．阿托伐他汀治疗抑制MMPs的活性，可能是其稳定粥样斑块的机制之一．MMPs是有前途的监测斑块进展的血清学指标。

| Abstract: | Thread detect levels of MMPs in patients with acute coronary syndrome,discuss relation the enzymes with degree of clinic risk in patients with acute coronany syndrome,the effect of atorvastatin treatment on levels of serum MMPs.The result showed:increased serum level of activity MMPs was detected in patients with ACS,In addition,level of activity MMPs was decreased by statins therapy,this result suggests a novel meachanics by which lipid flowering stablilize vulnerable plaques by reduced expression and activity of MMPs that degrade the arterial extracellular matrix and render atheroma less susceptible to disruption and thrombosis. |
