摘    要:土壤坚实度、水分与容重存在着复杂的耦合关系.为了满足参数解耦对数据同步性的要求,研制了一种可同步测量土壤剖面水分与圆锥指数的智能化测量装置.其创新点主要表现在:(1)依据ASAE标准实现FD水分传感器与圆锥指数传感器结构一体化设计;(2)系统集成上引入超声波深度传感器动态确定圆锥在土壤中的位置,实时获取双参数2D分布剖面;(3)测量系统采用双MCU结构,具有智能化信息处理与大容量农田数据存储能力,通过串口外接GPS模块实现田间GPS定位采集.在实验室环境下对复合传感器及超声波深度传感器进行针对性标定试验,结果表明各传感器达到相应技术性能指标.

Abstract:There is a complicated relationship among soil water content,compaction and bulk density.With the request of synchronization data for decomposing these parameters,an instrument for simultaneous measurement of soil water content and cone index has been developed.The innovations of the designed system include:(1) The Frequency Domain(FD) moisture sensor is integrated with cone-index sensor referring to ASAE standard;(2) By using ultrasonic distance sensor,the system is able to measure the 2D profiles of the soil water content and cone-index at real-time;(3) Since a pair of MCU(Micro-controller Unit) are employed,the instrument has more powerful ability to dynamically process the sensor signals and a larger quantity of memory units.Several specific calibrations for the dual-sensor and ultrasonic sensors are conducted under the laboratory environments.Results show that the sensors meet the demand of relative technical index.soil water content;compaction;cone index;dual-sensor;ultrasonic
