计算机期刊管理信息系统（QKmis）设计特点分析

根据期刊管理的具体问题，设计了五大功能模块：稿件管理、专家管理、行管理、文件资料资产管理及财务管理．系统的设计充分考虑了当前国内同类软件存在的数据规范和标准化问题，尽可能采用了有关国家标准所采用的数据和有关规范化数据，使之在期刊管理中统一于有关标准之下．系统首次较全面地设计出了期刊管理中所需的统计与计算数据项，它将为管理人员提供及时准确的综合信息，发挥重要的决策作用．系统提供了较强的打印功能，为用户设计了专用打印报表及用户自定义打印报表．该系统屏幕菜单设计为下拉式彩色菜单，使用方便，人机界面友好．总之，该系统对期刊管理工作将起到十分有效的作用．

Design Features Analysis of Computer Management System for Perodical Information

ive modules for managing papers, experts, distribution, documents and finance respectively were designed, The existing problems in data norms and standards in our country were taken into consideration. Data and standards adopted by National Standards concerned were used to the utmost in teh system to make them unified under the same concerning standards. An item of data summing and computing required by the perodical was designed in the system for the first time. The system can provide timely and exact comprehensive information for teh managing personnel and plays a decisive role.It has strong printing fuction.Both special purpose tables and user-disigned tables can be printed. The menu is coloured and convenient to use. The interface between the operater and the computer is friendly.
