旋转对称壳体温度场的有限元分析

摘    要:提出一种适合于分析旋转对称壳体温度场的壳体温度单元。此种单元假设温度沿厚度方向的变化可以用二次函数表示,从而精确地满足内外壁的各类边界条件;温度沿子午线方向的变化采用一般的插值函数表示、利用多点约束方程实现和旋转对称体单元的联结。由此建立的有限元分析的表达格式在数据准备和计算机运算时间上与现行算法比较都有很大程度的节省。实际算例表明此种单元的精度也是很好的。

Abstract:A shell temperature element suitable for the analysis of temperature field in axisymmetric shells is presented. For this element, the variation in tempera- ture in the direction of thickness is assumed as a quadratic function, and then the various boundary conditions of inner and outer surfaces can be exactly satisfied. Whereas the variation in temperature in meridian direction is expres- sed by general interpolation function. Next, the connection between the shell element and the solid element is established by equations of multi-points con- straints. The application of this method to the analysis of the temperature field in axisymmetric composite structure containing solid parts, both data prep- arations and computer run time can be saved to a great extent. As compared with the existing methods the practical examples at the end of the paper show that the accuracy given by this method is also high.
